Nature of Services
Codeinator primarily provides digital services, including but not limited to:
- Website development
- Software and application development
- IT consulting
- Maintenance and support services
- Custom digital solutions
Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, returns are handled differently than physical products.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Payment was made in error or duplicated
- Services were not initiated within the agreed timeline due to Codeinator’s fault
- A service was canceled before any work or resource allocation began
Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed or partially completed services
- Custom development work already delivered or in progress
- Consulting hours already used
- Subscription fees after the billing cycle has started
- Third-party costs (licenses, domains, hosting, APIs, plugins)
Project-Based Services
For project-based engagements:
- Once a project milestone is approved, payments related to that milestone are non-refundable
- If a project is terminated mid-way, charges will apply for work completed up to the termination date
Any remaining balance may be adjusted accordingly.
Subscription & Maintenance Services
For recurring or subscription-based services:
- Cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle
- No refunds will be issued for the current or past billing period
- Services will remain active until the end of the paid period

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us with the following details:
- Full name and registered email address
- Service or project name
- Payment reference or invoice number
- Reason for the refund request

Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider
Codeinator is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
