Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.Codeinator reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement.6. Third-Party Services
Codeinator may integrate third-party tools, software, or services. We are not responsible for:- Third-party service failures or downtime
- Changes in third-party pricing or policies
- Data or security issues caused by third-party platforms
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement.8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:- Codeinator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
- Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis
- Codeinator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services:- As per the terms outlined in the project agreement
- In case of material breach by the other party
